ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Barbara - the person people call when things feel a little too busy, messy, or complicated. I love creating systems that make work feel lighter, smoother, and more intentional.
Over the years I’ve supported CEOs, managed complex projects, and worn more hats than I can count collaborating with and managing & inter-departmental teams. My strengths lie in collaboration, communication, resourcefulness, and keeping momentum alive when the pressure’s on. I’m comfortable coordinating details without losing sight of the big picture.
I’m not afraid of learning new tools and skills…in fact, I pick them up quickly and love applying them to make workflows smarter and more efficient.
As a curator of company culture, I enjoy creating spaces where work feels fun, inclusive, and engaging for everyone involved.
I don’t just look for roles because I can do them; I look for opportunities that bring a sense of fulfillment and allow me to contribute to something meaningful.

MY PROCESS
Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
Be clear, be confident, and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. The latter will take care of itself. It always does.
